Chee Weng was basically the person I first met when I have decided to join CTOS 3 years ago, he made sure I learned and understand the company and our solution in less than a week. We partnered closely and he was my partner in ensuring customers feedback are taken seriously in improving our offering. Chee Weng is an extraordinary and selfless individual, one of those rare talent I have had the chance to work with. He was our senior product manager for our flagship solutions for business. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and lead with example. A very customers centric individual both external & internally, Chee Weng brings value with purpose and he has always has a strategic vision on a product, it's roadmap and contribution to a company growth. I've worked with Chee Weng twice: first at CTOS, where he led our SME SaaS credit product as Senior Product Manager, and now at YYC taxPOD, where he is Head of Product. He learns fast, leads with a positive attitude, and earns the trust of his team and stakeholders. He is also our AI champion at YYC, driving hands-on adoption across the team. A strong product leader I'd gladly work with again.
